An insulating thermal conductive sheet fills the gap between heat-generating IC chips and heat sinks to ensure close contact and efficient heat dissipation. The sheet combines high thermal conductivity, adhesion, and flexibility.
Features
- Capable of supporting high thermal conductivity above 15 w/mK
- Simultaneous performance of thermal conductivity, adhesion, and insulation
- By using special resins, the sheet thickness can be reduced to 0.05–0.1 mm compared to ceramic products
