HighChem Co., Ltd., a chemical trading company and manufacturer with global operations (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as “HighChem”), today announced changes to its executive leadership team effective January 1. Taka Ushio will step down as President and Representative Director, and Taka Yuichi will assume the role of President and Representative Director. Taka Ushio will be appointed Chairman and Representative Director.
Additionally, Jinsong Lin, currently Executive Managing Director and Head of the Trading Division, will be promoted to Vice President and Director, continuing as Head of Trading Division.
