Product lineup
Binder for Extrusion Molding
The extrusion molding binder is mainly composed of methyl cellulose derivatives. We recommend selecting binders with a focus on shape retention for rod or pipe-shaped products, and binders with a focus on flexibility and windability for sheet-like products that require flexibility.

Dry Press Molding Binder
The water-based press molding binders are mainly composed of polyacrylic acid copolymers, and compared to PVA, they provide molded bodies with higher green strength and green density. Solvent-based binders are also available for hydrophobic raw materials.
Product Characteristics

Binder for Doctor Blade Forming
Our doctor blade forming binders are primarily composed of polyurethane-based copolymers, making them well-suited to produce molded bodies with high green strength and density. Some binders, such as YB-165L2 and AP-12, are also suitable for casting applications.

Other Additives
Dispersants
For nanoparticles and other fine powders, use Dispersant S for its excellent wetting effect. For powders with general particle sizes, start with Dispersant CA for dispersion, peptization, and stabilization.
Defoamer
To reduce foaming during mixing and kneading such as ball milling, use Release Agent B as an anti-foaming agent. For improved defoaming performance after milling, use Defoamer M.
