HighChem imports and exports important materials and raw materials in a wide range of electronics fields including LCDs, OLEDs, optical fibers, and semiconductors. Considering the supply chain from upstream to downstream, we take advantage of the characteristics of Japan and China, and are able to quickly respond to various customer requests in the rapidly advancing field of electronics.
Main business areas
LCD/OLED related materials
In the LCD/OLED field, we handle important materials and raw materials in the upstream to downstream supply chain, and import and export in Japan and China. We also investigate and sell materials required for cutting-edge technology.
Optical fiber/wire related materials
We handle a wide range of optical fiber-related materials such as plastics, additives, and important starting materials, and have a track record of mass production in the domestic market.

We handle deposition materials such as HCDS, target materials, and high-purity metals.
Industrial Gases
We procure high-purity specialty gases from China that can be used in semiconductors and other electronic devices. We have experience handling Chinese products such as helium and nitrogen trifluoride, which are currently difficult to procure.

The hole transport material "Spiro-MeOTAD" for perovskite solar cells, developed by HighChem, is positioned to make a significant impact by offering a cost-effective solution for solar cell manufacturing. Moreover, it is designed to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted supply of raw materials, capable of meeting the demands even as perovskite solar cell production scales up.
